The natural habitat for the occurrence of seaweed, seaweed and the black Atlantic leaf is the North Atlantic. Algae are considered a natural source of iodine. Iodine helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in the maintenance of normal and cognitive functions. Iodine also helps maintain normal energy-yielding metabolism, aids in the proper production of thyroid hormones and proper thyroid function, and helps maintain healthy skin.
