Ingredients

Evening primrose oil with 70% linoleic acid (LA) and 9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), capsule shell components (gelatin, humectant: glycerin; purified water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Usage instructions

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with sufficient water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of small children.
