Usage:
The herbal tea from the rhizome of couch grass is an excellent beverage with a unique taste and aroma, representing a natural enrichment for the body. It quenches thirst and cleanses the body. The couch grass rhizome was already known in the Middle Ages. It has a positive effect on the function of the urinary tract and supports kidney function. Additionally, it influences the smooth functioning of the digestive system.
Instructions for use:
Adults: Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of rhizome with lukewarm water (200 ml). Heat to boiling point and simmer covered slowly for 5 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times daily after a glass of the decoction.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
