Dosage
Recommended daily dose for a positive effect: 1 bottle (30 ml) per day. Shake before use. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Regular intake over a longer period (at least 4 weeks) is recommended. Best consumed chilled, up to 24 hours after opening.
