Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, or Epsom salt, has many health-promoting properties. It has antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps get rid of dandruff and excessively oily scalp and also helps reduce acne lesions on the skin. It contains a large amount of magnesium, so when taking a bath it helps to calm nerves, calm the mind and relax deeply. It also helps with falling asleep.

APPLICATION
For relaxing baths - 2-3 glasses per bath. For foot baths - 1 cup.
