DESCRIPTION

Organic kidney beans (kidney shaped) are legumes. The beans get their name from the kidney shape of the seeds. It is an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein. Recommended for soups and stews, e.g. B. Chili con carne, and as an ingredient in salads, both hot and cold, and after mixing in pastes and pies.

PREPARATION
Before soaking for at least 12 hours and rinsing, the beans should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Only salt the beans at the end of the cooking process.
