Salco Sport Therapy Aroma Lemon Cranberry Bath Salt 3 kg is the first mineral salt for athletes, designed for use in the preparation of a regenerating salt bath. The use of natural essential oils deepens the feeling of relaxation and additionally stimulates the respiratory tract.

How to use

The saltwater bath should be prepared approximately two hours before bedtime (preferably after an intense workout or competition). You need to add at least 1 kg of salt to the tub and warm water with a minimum temperature of 36–38°C. Immerse yourself deeply in the water and stay there for about 20 minutes. After getting out of the tub, do not rinse your body; the remaining layer forms a salt mantle that stimulates the body. The mineral-rich salt remaining on the skin nourishes it and ensures proper hydration and tone. Remember to rehydrate; a hot saltwater bath causes profuse sweating.
