Blackthorn flower has a diuretic effect, which accelerates the removal of unwanted metabolic products through urine. An infusion made from blackthorn flowers has a purgative and mildly laxative effect.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crushed blackthorn flowers
Pruni spinosae flos

APPLICATION
Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of blackthorn flowers and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Drink the infusion while still warm.
1 g of blackthorn flowers (1 teaspoon) is a daily serving for consumption. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
