Flos- black cumin seeds 50 g

black cumin or Nigella sativa L; it is also called black cumin.
The Egyptians used to say that this plant can heal everything but death

It is mainly used as a spice (as a substitute for pepper). It is excellent as an additive to bread, emphasizing flavor and giving character to dishes. Goes well with poultry and lamb dishes, as well as with cottage cheese, yoghurt, vegetables and spreads. It also has a positive effect on our health.
