DESCRIPTION:

Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce on its own, meaning it must be obtained through food or supplements. The main dietary sources of lysine are meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, tofu, lentils, and beans. However, since many people do not consume enough lysine through their diet, supplementation of this essential amino acid is advisable.

INGREDIENTS:

L-lysine hydrochloride, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: calcium laurate; L-leucine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide

USAGE:

One (1) capsule daily with plenty of water.
