APPLICATION:

In a vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of the essential oil to the vaporizer or burner. Inhalations: Add 3 to 5 drops of the essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.) For massages: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bathing: Add 4 to 6 drops of the essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
