INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking niacin in doses over 20 mg per day may cause skin flushing in sensitive individuals. Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in doses above 10 mg per day for a long period of time may cause mild tingling and numbness. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
