APPLICATION
Rinse grains and soak overnight. Cook until soft the next day, changing the water several times and then pouring off the soft water in a sieve. Wash the poppy seeds, blanch them and put them through the food processor twice. Mix the poppy seeds with honey and dried fruits. Add wheat just before serving (it will harden if mixed with the poppy seed mixture too soon). Serve kutia slightly chilled.
