Protein is enriched with two valuable ingredients: L-Glutamine in free form and additional BCAAs, also in free form. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and plays a key role in metabolism and muscle maintenance. In addition, L-Glutamine helps protect and prevent loss of muscle mass in the event of injury or heavy workloads. BCAAs, specifically isoleucine, leucine and valine, are the fundamental amino acids involved in providing an alternative fuel for the maintenance of muscle tissue under stress and muscle metabolism.
