Goat's milk is an exceptionally valuable white emulsion derived from slender, thick-bristled domestic goats specially bred for its production. At first glance, goat's milk does not differ from cow's milk, but as is so often the case, the devil is in the details. There are two main protein fractions in cow and goat milk - casein and whey . But goat milk contains more whey protein , which is more beneficial to your health. After all, butter consists mainly of fat. Will the goat variant outperform its cow counterpart in this respect as well? And yes, because goat fat is easier to digest than cow fat. Tasty, velvety organic goat butter is an excellent addition to bread and gives every dish a unique, distinctive taste and aroma.
