The eggs used to make the Sielska noodles come from free-range pearl chickens. We source them from the region - directly from small farms in the Masovian region.

INGREDIENTS
Semolina* (durum wheat flour), fresh pearl chicken eggs (5%). (*Ingredient from controlled organic farming).

PREPARATION
Cook for 6 minutes before consumption, 5 minutes al dente, do not temper (100 g noodles per 1 liter of salted water).
